Read the following by yourself trying out both approaches to Attention-Shifting: focusing on a freeing feeling and making a movie in your head (you can use Online Voice Recorder to see your speech). Move on to the next once you’ve read each one ten times in a row rating yourself having at least 8/10 naturalness.

Once you’ve tried both, pick the one that works best for you to do the rest of today’s practice.

3. Tell someone something that interests you using Attention-Shifting (tell briefly, don’t have a full conversation). It counts once you rate yourself having at least 8/10 naturalness.
