 Purchase Orders

 

1. Get my W-9 Information

Click here to see my W-9 tax form if your district needs to add me as an approved vendor.

2. Email a Completed Purchase Order

Have your district email a completed Purchase Order to stephen@slpstephen.com with the products you want:

SLPS01: “Unstuck” Stuttering Children’s Book

SLPS03: Stuttergy: The Stuttering Strategy Card Game

If marked “digital,” please include the first and last name and email address of the recipient to allow for electronic delivery.

3. Get Your Products Delivered

Your SLP Stephen products will come quickly in the mail or I’ll email you your login instructions to the email you provided. Woohoo!

4. Pay the Invoice

I’ll send you an invoice for the products you purchased by email. Please pay promptly.

 Bulk Orders

 

Wanna purchase “Fluency School” for multiple SLPs at once (e.g. for your private practice, school district, etc.) and save some dough?

You're in luck. If you make a bulk purchase of 5 or more licenses at the same time, you'll get a 20% discount off the whole order. Here's how to do it:

1. Email Me Your Bulk Order

Email me at stephen@slpstephen.com with the words "Bulk Order" somewhere in the subject line. Include the number of licenses you want and for which product(s), as well as an Excel file with three columns: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address of each recipient. Also include your business name, address, and email you want the invoice sent to in your email.

2. Pay the Invoice

I'll send you a custom invoice you for your purchase with a 20% discount applied. You can pay it electronically via the online link provided.

3. I’ll Deliver Them Electronically

I'll fulfill the order and your SLPs will get login instructions in their emails for products they need. Woohoo!
