Here’s everything that mattered in stuttering last week.

My personal favorite is the video KC Concepcion dropped on his Instagram when he was drafted by the Cleveland Browns.

Near the end, he spoke directly to the camera.

He didn’t let his stutter stop him from telling his new Cleveland fans about the kind of character they could expect from him.

Whether you share about your stutter every time you speak…

Or you just push through it and don’t let it stop you, the end goal is the same: stuttering may stop the word, but it better not stop you.

Doesn’t look like it will for KC Concepcion.

I think we’ll be following him for a long time.

She’s the owner of YouSpeak Stuttering Therapy in Philadelphia, an adjunct professor at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and on the board of Friends: The National Association of Young People Who Stutter. Stuttering influencer and advocate Travis Stuttering showed off an illustration from the stuttering children’s book he’s releasing this summer. The main character’s name is Fin and he is the absolute cutest fishie. Learn more about the PWS-written-and-illustrated children’s book that is sure to become a perennial favorite. MISSED LAST TIME: American Idol finalist who stutters Jesse Findling got a hero’s welcome back home on Long Island. After returning from making the top 12 on this season of American Idol, Jesse sang the national anthem for the NHL New York Islanders and spoke to the about what the last few months have meant.
